Samantha Guinn PhD is an Analyst at the Novartis Venture Fund in Cambridge, MA, USA. Prior to joining NVF, she was an Associate at Flagship Pioneering where she worked on various venture hypotheses, novel therapeutic concepts and landscaping assessments. Before that, she worked in the lab of Dr. Elizabeth Jaffee where her thesis focused on elucidating the mechanism of cancer associated fibroblast driven cellular crosstalk in the pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma tumor microenvironment. Samantha holds a BSc from Colorado State University, a MMSc in Immunology from Harvard Medical School and a PhD in Immunology from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
