Mukul Mehta was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Novartis on March 16, 2026, after more than 20 years across finance functions and geographies at Novartis. Since joining in 2003, he has held roles across Commercial, Development, Business Services, and Corporate Finance. Prior to becoming CFO, he led Business Planning & Analysis, Digital Finance, and Tax. Before Novartis, Mukul worked in India’s heavy engineering and banking sectors, building early industrial and financial experience. Mukul holds an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from PEC Chandigarh, India
