Elena Battistello PhD is an Analyst at the Novartis Venture Fund in Basel, Switzerland. Prior to joining NVF, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the New York University School of Medicine, where she focused on improving cancer immunotherapies. Before that, she worked at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne (EPFL), focusing on targeted therapy and immunotherapy strategies in blood tumors. Elena holds a BSc from Padua University in Italy, a double MSc degree from Paris-Diderot University in France and Padua University and obtained her PhD with great distinction from EPFL in Switzerland.
